We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Senior Sales Specialist to support our sales goals while providing exceptional service to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to take on various senior-level responsibilities within a vibrant store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently exceed personal sales targets while contributing to overall store performance. Advocate for our Music & Arts lesson program to promote growth and engagement. Build strong relationships within the community by networking with educators, churches, and local organizations. Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations, utilizing your sales training skills. Provide outstanding customer service to every visitor, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Participate in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and maintaining an inviting space. Contribute to store security by managing key access and maintaining punctual alarm codes. We offer a competitive pay rate between $20.82 and $21.82 per hour plus commission, based on your experience and location.
