Key Responsibilities:

Exceed personal sales targets and consistently generate sales. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to potential customers. Develop business opportunities through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Build strong customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations. Provide outstanding service to every customer, ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Encourage customer loyalty through positive interactions and follow-ups. Participate in a variety of store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance tasks. Ensure store security by managing keys and alarm codes responsibly. Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.
