West Side Church of the Nazarene in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a passionate and spiritually mature individual to serve as our Youth and Worship Director. This dual role position will lead our middle and high school youth ministries while also overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our worship ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth, a love for music and worship, and the ability to lead and inspire teams. · Collaborate with church staff and leadership to align youth ministry with the overall vision of the church. · Willingness to work within the beliefs and mission of the Church of the Nazarene.
