About the position Our mission is to develop and nurture lifelong musicians and make a difference in the world by enabling musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy that comes from creating music. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. In this role, you will teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum, communicate with students or parents regarding progress, and assist with customer service issues as needed to maintain long-term student relationships. Responsibilities • Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum , • Communicate with students or parents of students on progress of each student (where applicable) , • Assist with customer service issues as needed, helping to maintain long term students by creating a great experience , • Identify opportunities & issues and follow through on the curriculum to capitalize or resolve them , • Provide an excellent student experience by understanding student needs
