As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. A few special characteristics that make our Instructors successful include Musical Passion, where you are able to motivate your students and share your passion for music through teaching; being Student Focused, which means understanding your student's needs and providing an excellent student experience; and having Initiative, which involves identifying opportunities and issues and following through on the curriculum to capitalize or resolve them. Responsibilities • Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum , • Communicate with students or parents of students on progress of each student (where applicable) , • Assist with customer service issues as needed, helping to maintain long term students by creating a great experience , • Additional duties as assigned
