About the position Our mission is to develop and nurture lifelong musicians and make a difference in the world by enabling musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy that comes from creating music. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. A few special characteristics that make our Instructors successful include musical passion, being student-focused, taking initiative, having strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and adaptability.
