Serve as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, matching them to the right product, and pitching and overcoming objections to close the sale. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service: Provide an excellent customer experience, connect with customers, and step in to handle issues. • Communication: Communicate with diverse individuals, including internal and external stakeholders, in a clear and positive manner. • Sales: Work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
