As our Seasonal Support, you will serve as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, matching their need to the right product, and pitching and overcoming objections to close the sale.
ResponsibilitiesReach sales targets on servicesDemonstrate product and service knowledge to customersAssist customers and guide them through the sales processContinual learning through the onboarding, certification, and continuing education processAssist with the execution of tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customersKeep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as neededClienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needsAdditional duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsWilling to work nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong orientation towards providing excellent customer serviceHigh attention to detailPreferencesIntermediate knowledge of Musical Instruments sold within Guitar Center (Guitars, Drums, Tech, etc.)Pay & BenefitsPay Rate: $16.50/hr - $29.85/hr plus commission depending on background and experience.
