General Manager – Live Entertainment & Nightlife

We are entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the venue. We are looking for someone who understands the energy, complexity, and pace of live entertainment, nightlife, concerts, and high-volume events. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day venue operationsRecruit, train, schedule, manage, and develop venue staff and department managersOversee bar operations, inventory, beverage costs, controls, and profitabilityManage labor costs and staffing levels based on event attendanceEstablish clear operating procedures and accountability across departmentsOversee security, guest services, box office, bars, cleaning, maintenance, and event operationsCoordinate with production, promoters, artists, vendors, and event partnersEnsure smooth execution of concerts, nightlife events, private events, and special eventsMaintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and guest experienceEnsure compliance with alcohol regulations, health and safety requirements, fire codes, occupancy requirements, and venue policiesManage vendor relationships and building maintenanceReview operating results, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvementsMonitor labor, beverage COGS, inventory, revenue, and other key operating metricsDevelop managers and create a culture of professionalism, accountability, and hospitalityServe as the senior operational leader on major event nightsWork closely with ownership on strategic improvements and the continued growth of Believe Who We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in: Experience as a General Manager is preferred, but we are also very interested in exceptional Assistant General Managers, Venue Managers, Directors of Operations, or senior venue operators who are ready to take the next step and run their own venue.
