The General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing location profitability while managing the school’s operations.Roles And Responsibilities Provide an exceptional experience for students and parents, delivering strong engagement and maximizing student enrollmentOversee and guide a team of instructional and administrative staff to cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment while delivering a high quality educational experienceManage the school’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including data analysis, budget tracking, and cost control to enhance financial performanceManage the creation of high-quality events to foster a sense of community, motivate students, and ensure their continued participation.Provide top-quality customer service, including billing, schedule management, and clear and timely communicationBe a Brand Ambassador. Build relationships in the local community, networking with local businesses, service organizations, and other educational institutions, to increase visibility, create performance opportunities, and drive the business.Hire and onboard staff members.
