• Attend the annual music production meeting scheduled the week prior to the Festival to familiarize yourself with parking procedures, meet Shuttle Drivers and music production personnel, and receive festival credentials, parking permits, and relevant information. Daily Routine : • Arrive at the Fair Grounds no later than 9 : 00 AM and report to the Shuttle Dispatcher and / or Manager in the music lot trailer. • Meet with the Musician Lot Liaison and await the arrival of the first vehicle. • Promptly report any issues to the Shuttle Dispatcher or Shuttle Manager. All Music Lot Greeters must be prepared to work outdoors on a bike, among vehicles, and on foot in all weather conditions from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM.
