Guitar+ Artist Marketing Representative

D’Addario & Company is the largest manufacturer and distributor of musical instrument accessories in the world. This position will report directly to the Director of Artist Marketing for Guitar+ and be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with artists living, performing or rehearsing in Los Angeles, CA. This candidate should be located in the LA area but must be willing to travel within and around the west coast as needed. • Identify opportunities for D’Addario to support artists in their efforts to drive awareness, create demand for their music and build community. • Provide support & service to all Guitar+ artists, including expedient, accurate and professional order support, product information and customer service • Support product innovation and R&D by working with artists to provide feedback and new product ideas • Accomplished and proficient guitar player and/or technician • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with artists / bands • A strong, definable network of connections and track record of building relationships across the music industry including artists, managers, agents, producers, music industry executives, event and festival organizers and promoters, and marketing/sales leads.
