Guitar Instructor

Job Title: Guitar Teacher (In-Person Lessons) Location: The Music Cellar – West Springfield, MA We’re currently seeking an experienced Guitar Teacher for in-person lessons, primarily on weekday afternoons and evenings (no mornings or weekends required). Responsibilities: • Teach private, in-person guitar lessons to students of all ages and skill levels • Create personalized lesson plans based on each student’s goals and progress • Teach music theory as a core part of instruction • Instruct in a variety of styles (e.g., rock, blues, folk, pop, etc.) What We Offer: • Flexible scheduling (weekday afternoons and evenings only) • A supportive and creative teaching environment • Opportunity to build a stable student roster • Compensation based on experience
