Do you bring out the star in your students? At Taylor Robinson Music we believe in the philosophy “Learn to Play From the Heart” and we are looking for private music instructors who share this philosophy. We strive to make music lessons as accessible and affordable as possible because we believe music education is essential to making the world a better, happier place.

We are hiring private music instructors, primarily for guitar. We do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio in the Beaumont, TX area, but we have students who need teachers ASAP. Lessons can take place in the student’s home, your own home or studio, or via webcam. While webcam requests are a small portion of the student base, most students still prefer in‑person lessons, so we need local instructors willing to travel within the Beaumont area.

As an independent contractor you will be paid between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on your experience/education, travel time, and student retention. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and curriculum. We handle all advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing so you can concentrate on teaching music.

If you are good with kids, love teaching, communicate well with our office, and stay organized and punctual, Taylor Robinson Music may be the right fit. Formal music training is not required, but you must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience.
