Skill Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, as well as foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You should be able to interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned.
