As a Guitar Maintenance Expert, you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with the upkeep of the store's inventory. Your focus is on growing the business by delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality repair services.

Engage with customers to ensure a positive experienceDeliver high-quality craftsmanship in servicing customer-owned instrumentsMaintain store-owned gear according to established guidelinesPerform all warranty-related repair tasks proficientlyComplete additional tasks as assignedRequirements:

Proficient understanding of guitar repair, including diagnosing and fixing mechanical and structural issuesPreferences:
