We are seeking a skilled Repair Tech (Guitar) who will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and build business through exceptional customer experience and quality work. To be successful, our Repair Technicians demonstrate the following characteristics: • Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, provides an excellent customer experience, and connects with customers in a meaningful way. • Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities, learns quickly, and takes positive action without being requested.
