As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and drive business growth through outstanding customer experiences and quality work. • INITIATIVE: Identifies opportunities and issues, following through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. As our Repair Technician, you will: • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship • Maintain store-owned gear as requested • Complete warranty repair work • Perform additional duties as assigned
