We're seeking a skilled Repair Technician (Guitar) to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Key characteristics of successful Repair Technicians include: • Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience. • Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. • Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
