Guitar Teacher

The Camino Music Studio is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated GUITAR TEACHER. QUALIFICATIONS: AT LEAST 2 years of teaching experience with younger kids to adults (Required) Earned or working towards Bachelor’s Degree in Music, Education HIGHLY PREFERRED Demonstrate comprehensive ability and experience in GUITAR (Acoustic, Electric, and Bass; knowledge & experience with other instruments is a plus!) Effective communication skills (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills Open to training, feedback, support, and professional development in a team environment Dedication and commitment to teaching beginning and experienced musicians, and to executing equitable and culturally responsive teaching practices Must be able to adhere to the teaching schedule provided Flexibility to conduct lessons both virtually by means of video-communication platforms (eg. Zoom) AND in-person. We offer flexible Part-Time schedules Work schedule primarily on weekday afternoons & evenings, and possible Saturday mornings/afternoon--depending on school needs and as determined by admin.
