• Move, set up and break down equipment at the school and school events • Assist B2R management with customer service and prospect phone calls when needed • Perform a variety of the school maintenance functions (hang posters and frames on walls, install static clings on windows, etc.) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Must demonstrate the ability to run basic sound equipment • Must be able to receive constructive feedback on teaching techniques and apply the feedback to new teaching situations and environments • Must be able to be physically present at B2R for scheduled lessons and administrative responsibilities • Advanced knowledge of music theory and technique relevant to primary instruments • Effective time management and organizational skills • Ability to operate basic office equipment, i.e. telephones, photocopiers and computers • Ability to interact effectively with the public • Ability to work effectively with B2R staff and management • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace • Ability to pass a background check The physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of his/her job.
