As a Guitar Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing customer-owned instruments and assisting in maintaining the store's inventory. Your focus will be on attracting business by ensuring customers have a positive experience and receive high-quality repair work.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to ensure a positive experienceDemonstrate exceptional skill and precision when servicing customer-owned instrumentsMaintain store-owned equipment according to provided guidelinesPerform the full scope of repairs covered under warrantyAdditional duties as assignedKey Qualities for Success:
