Job Description As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, building business through excellent customer experiences and quality work. As our Repair Technician, you will: • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship • Maintain store-owned gear as requested • Complete warranty repair work • Additional duties as assigned Requirements: • Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars Preferences: • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
