As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work. You will also maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. A few special characteristics that make our Repair Technicians successful include a strong customer focus, the ability to understand customer service principles, and the capability to connect with customers in a meaningful way.
