As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. • Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities, and develops knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership. • Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques. Responsibilities as a Repair Technician: • Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
