Please do NOT play a kids song. We need guitarists who use picks, because we depend on that "chug a chug" sound on the guitar that usually only a pick can provide (but hey if you can really rock out without a pick I'll give it a chance). You will often be the only person performing with no drums, so it's really up to you carry the energy forward all on your own. For instance if you mess up, you need to be able to recover quickly and not worry about it.
