Community Music Leader The role of Community Music Leader encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. This position is accountable for the overall administration, strategic planning, and daily operations of the community music program, with a strong focus on fostering partnerships, outreach, and music education access. • Bachelor's degree required • At least 5 years of experience in leadership or assistant leadership role at an arts institution/organization Regular attendance and the ability to create harmonious working relationships with others are essential requirements for this role.
