What You’ll Do • Growth strategy + execution: Own our growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral for consumers and creators • Product-led growth: Partner with product/design to optimize onboarding, conversion, and engagement flows • Viral & network effects: Identify, design, and scale growth loops that turn users into advocates • Full-funnel optimization: Test messaging and run campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle; refine funnels from awareness through habit • Experimentation & analytics: Define success metrics, run rapid tests, and turn insights into repeatable wins • Foundation building: Implement core growth tools, tracking, attribution, and lifecycle systems • Team: Hire and manage a high performing growth team that consistently delivers results. • You’ll have direct impact on the company’s trajectory from day one • You’ll get to scale a role into a leadership position as the company grows
