District: Littlefield Independent School DistrictLittlefield HS Band Director LIttlefield ISD is looking to hire a dynamic individual that is a strong leader with the following qualifications, with the expection of student success. • Provide opportunities for band participation in curricular and extracurricular events, including concerts, football games, pep rallies, parades, TMEA, and UIL activities. • Obtain and use evaluative findings (including student achievement data) to determine program effectiveness and ensure that program renewal is continuous and responds to student needs. • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned and show written evidence of preparation as required. • Head band director required to grow the band program through recruitment of current and future students.
