Create and implement a strategic 5-year plan to grow and sustain the band program to at least 75 students, with annual enrollment growth of 10% or more, including strong recruitment, retention, and feeder middle school alignment. Maintain high levels of student engagement and retention through strong relationships and program excellence. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to communicate information and ideas effectively so others will understand. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
