Job Goal The classroom teacher will endeavor to teach and educate students according to standards for the state of Arkansas as set by the Arkansas Department of Education or other accrediting body. The teacher will also strive to teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities, and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to their care by the school district. Assesses, records, and reports the development, progress, attainment, and behavior of all students. Maintains proper and correct records and all timelines according to District, state and federal requirements in regard to student grades, attendance, and IEP progress, if applicable.
