High School Band Director

The Band Director at Wichita Christian School is responsible for leading and developing the schools instrumental music program in a Christ-centered environment. The Band Director prepares students for performances, concerts, and TAPPS competitions, while fostering discipline, teamwork, and a love for music that honors God. Prepare students for and actively participate in TAPPS competitions and events in compliance with all TAPPS rules and expectations Select appropriate music that supports both musical growth and the mission of Wichita Christian School Strong classroom management and rehearsal leadership skills
