High School Band Leader

This position directs all band ensembles and activities while ensuring alignment with the Allentown School District mission and vision. • Prior experience as a director or assistant director of a school music program is preferred. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse students, staff, and community members. • Work closely with middle school and elementary school instructors to recruit and retain students into the music program. • Provide guidance and support to assistant band leader, staff, and volunteers.
