High School Music Department Head

Job Description We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced music educator to serve as the head of our high school music department. Main Responsibilities • Leadership: Provide vision and leadership for the music department, guiding the development of curriculum and instructional strategies. • Teaching and Directing: Teach and direct middle school performing ensembles, including bands, orchestras, and choirs. • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate concerts, festivals, and other musical events, ensuring high levels of performance quality and audience engagement.
