High School Music Director Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of all students, while covering the Delaware Standards for the appropriate grade level. They will be able to work cooperatively with other staff members and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. • Effectively direct music programs for high school students in grades 9 to 12. • Creates a safe and engaging classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of all students.
