About the Role: As a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team, the primary focus of the Music Therapist is to provide music therapy services to the hospice patients and their families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. The music therapist assesses patients and families, devises a care plan, and implements the care plan. We offer flexible scheduling - PRN - Open to weekends only if preferred. Our coverage area includes Big Rapids, Grand Rapids, Belding, and Bloomingdale.
