The Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the development and execution of influencer-driven campaigns across Flighthouse’s music and entertainment verticals. • Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and management teams. Qualifications • 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, or related digital marketing role • Deep familiarity with the creator economy and social-first platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creator-facing dialogue • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management and influencer tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Tagger, Grin) is a plus • Passion for pop culture, internet trends, and music/entertainment content is highly desirable
