Instrument Prep Technician

Purpose of this Role: As a Prep Technician, you are responsible for assisting with the daily shop operations, ensuring quality work and efficiency of the instruments being tested and cleaned and returned to the customer, while upholding the company’s standards and values. Proficient with play testing woodwind instruments (sax, clarinet, flute, etc);Violin (or band instrument) set-up experience a plus!Experience working with small machinery and power tools to perform the necessary instrument repairs;Strong attention to detail required;Organized multi-tasker with an understanding of the importance of providing high-quality customer service to our customers;Communicate in a clear, courteous, respectful and responsive manner;Able to work efficiently and accurately in a busy office environment while executing solid judgment and decision making skills;Ability to prioritize workload;Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times;Ability to work in a team environment;Able to follow the company’s established processes and procedures.Requirements: Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits:
