Identify and collect instruments and their accessories to satisfy customer orders placed online Once an instrument is selected to fulfill an online order, record that instrument's details and serial number on the rental contract Build, pack, and seal boxes to be shipped Input customer information, order details, and package specifications into shipping software to create shipping labels Tag boxes and bags with pre-printed customer order labels Assess inventory and supplies and confer with Online Fulfillment Administrator to rectify problems such as shortages or nonconformance to specifications Examine and inspect ready shipments to ensure that products were properly packed and the order was correctly filled Handle and assist in cleaning and polishing musical instruments to a high standard Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding our instrument rental program, school services, and their order status Other duties as assigned Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Familiarity with a variety of band or orchestra instruments preferred What days and times are you available to work?
