Join our dynamic team as an Instrument Sales Representative, where your passion for music and exceptional sales skills will directly contribute to our store's success. Our goal is to exceed sales expectations while delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and exceed personal sales targets to enhance overall store performance.
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to engage and attract new customers.
• Develop and foster business relationships with teachers, schools, churches, and local community organizations.
• Provide compelling sales presentations, leveraging your sales training to captivate customers.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and promote customer loyalty.
• Contribute to various store operations, including merchandising, product displays, and store upkeep.
• Ensure store security by managing access to keys and security codes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications:
