Your role will be pivotal in achieving individual sales goals to support the store's success while providing exceptional customer service and embracing additional senior-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed personal sales targets to contribute to store success. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program to attract new students. Build and nurture relationships with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Create impactful sales presentations grounded in effective sales training. Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer. Foster customer loyalty through positive interactions. Engage in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance. Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation. About Us:
