Your role includes designing and delivering engaging music lessons, nurturing students' musical abilities, developing an appreciation for the arts, and fostering the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual growth of the student, providing spiritual leadership to the students entrusted in your care and integrating biblical principles while exceeding academic standards into curriculum. Your key role is to teach elementary through high school band and collaborating with the Music Teacher to plan and execute successful winter and spring programs for the school. Classroom Management: • Establish and maintain an engaging and respectful music classroom environment that encourages creative expression. • Encourage students to participate in musical activities and performances. Musical Skill Development: • Provide opportunities for students to explore and develop their musical abilities through singing, playing instruments, and music composition.
