This role requires inclusivity, versatility, adaptability, and the ability to entertain and connect with diverse audiences and staff. Qualifications • Experience and proficiency in performing as a musician, performance artist, and/or singer • Strong stage presence and the ability to captivate audiences • Ability to compose and/or improvise music • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills • Flexibility and adaptability to different performance styles and genres • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Multilingualism encouraged as language acquisition is one of multiple skills we will learn from each other • Experience in live performances is a plus, but touring is not feasible, logistically, so we'll host our shows and other artists' shows in-house at our venue (non-alcoholic, all-ages) • Knowledge of different musical instruments and musical theories
