Internationally known Artist\'s Estate seeking assistant

Internationally known Artist's Estate seeking assistant 8 hours a week minimum, extra hours may be available as needed.We are looking for a qualified candidate in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn and UES, Manhattan locations. Preference will be given to candidates who can work two half days, Monday and Wednesday 4 hours each day. Extra hours may be available as needed.Compensation: $23/hr, this is a W-2 position.Required Skills:Have positive attitudeBe capable, adaptable, and able to work independently once it is understood what is requiredComputer literacy; Comfortable working on Apple computers, including basic office suites and basic PhotoshopAbility to communicate fluently in written and spoken EnglishBe a problem solverComfortable driving in NYC and a Valid NYS drivers license is mandatory.Ability to comfortably lift 50+ pounds ( mandatory )Good spatial awareness and the ability to communicate efficiently and loudly.A willingness to learn a broad array of skills quickly.Desired:Experience working with basic power tools, including drills, miter saw, table saw is preferred.Regular duties will include:Administrative office assistanceAssisting with a variety of studio tasks and basic property management.Cleaning the studio, offices, and bathrooms.
