The Role

Own booking execution and client outcomes across a portfolio of venues. This is a talent buyer–focused role responsible for programming, filling calendars, and driving consistent booking performance, all within the JamJuice platform.

Responsibilities

Manage regular music and entertainment programming for assigned venues, 60 days out of performance dateSource and book artists based on venue fit and budgetProactively fill calendar gaps and optimize schedulesServe as primary client contact for assigned accountsExecute all bookings within the JamJuice platform (no off-platform workflows)Become an expert at the JamJuice booking softwareCollaborate daily with the Nashville A&R Artist Support representativeMeet with clients weekly and monthly to ensure account performance Handle any AV required within the venue Handle any entertainment needs for private eventsReport back to Nashville operational team for billing, invoicing and additional scheduling coordinationRequirements

Experience in live music booking, talent buying, or venue programming (required)Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accountsTech-forward mindset; quick to learn new systemsClear, responsive communicationSales Integration

Proactively engage new venues through in-person outreach and leverage your existing network to expand our client base within the market. This role requires someone confident in direct sales conversations, relationship-building, and turning introductions into long-term partnerships.

Compensation

1099 contractor role. Compensation based on account volume and performance. Biweekly payments with opportunity for growth as JamJuice scales.
