Junior Agent, Talent Brand Partnerships

We are seeking a Junior Agent, Talent Brand Partnerships to join the IAG Strategic Marketing and Brand Partnerships division to help secure sponsorship opportunities for the company’s diverse roster of entertainment talent and identify new business verticals. • Build and maintain strong knowledge of IAG’s agents, growth strategy, and A-list talent across film, television, music, and comedy • Develop, manage and nurture new business partnerships along with client relationships • Stay informed of industry trends, events and deals with an eye for exploring opportunities to develop existing clients’ business • Serve as a representative for clients when negotiating a new deal, contract extensions or identifying branded opportunities Skills And Qualifications • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for brand partnerships • Strong understanding of general landscape of entertainment industry • Proven experience leading and negotiating brand partnership opportunities • Effective communication skills with an ability to adapt to varying needs and situations • Creative mind, entrepreneurial, self-starter well versed in navigating client-driven ideas • Proven ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with little supervision • Impeccable time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail • Strong work ethic with a great attitude; calm and organized under pressure • Solid negotiation and persuasion skills throughout all levels of agency and agency clients • Knowledge of social media trends and a strong understanding of both existing and emerging social platforms In addition to the base compensation for this role, IAG proudly offers many additional benefits to employees, including (but not limited to): • Comprehensive company sponsored health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, fertility and family planning services, chiropractic and acupuncture care, and life and AD&D coverage.
