The Junior Manager, Fan Engagement (LA) will play a key role in delivering Warner Music Group’s CRM and direct-to-fan campaigns across email and mobile channels. As part of the Global Marketing team, this role supports the execution of high-volume campaigns that connect artists directly with their fans worldwide. Working closely with label stakeholders and the global Fan Engagement team, the Junior Manager will ensure campaigns are built, tested and deployed to the highest standard, while contributing to best practices that make WMG’s direct-to-fan marketing more effective.
