Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Keyboard and Piano Player to bring vibrant musical energy to our worship service. This role involves delivering captivating live music that enhances the overall experience for the congregation, whether accompanying the choir, special musical selections or special services/events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in keyboard and piano techniques, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to adapt to various worship musical styles.

Responsibilities

Perform live keyboard and piano music for worship service.
Collaborate with directors, conductors, and other musicians to interpret musical arrangements accurately
Rehearse regularly to perfect performances and adapt to different styles or themes as required
Read sheet music and follow cues seamlessly during live performances.
Assist with sound checks and technical setups to ensure high-quality audio output
Support the overall production team by contributing creatively to the musical aspects of performances

Skills

Proficiency in playing keyboard and piano across diverse musical genres
Strong understanding of music theory, sight-reading, and improvisation techniques.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with directors, performers, and technical staff.
A positive attitude with enthusiasm for creating memorable live experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.43 - $25.81 per hour
