The ideal candidate is comfortable teaching students of all ages and skill levels, with most lessons geared toward kids and beginner to intermediate musicians. In addition to private lessons, this instructor may also have opportunities to assist with group programs (such as beginner bands and adult groups), helping students collaborate, build confidence, and experience making music together. Prior teaching experience is not required, but experience working with kids is a huge advantage. If you think you’re a great fit, tell us about yourself in a cover letter. Workdays are Monday through Friday afternoons/evenings, and Saturday mornings/afternoons.
