Keyboard Player

Overview:
Were looking for a passionate and skilled Keyboard Player to serve on our worship team. This individual will play a key role in creating a powerful worship atmosphere through excellence, sensitivity, and creativity. The ideal candidate has strong musical ability, a heart for worship, and a team-oriented spirit.

Responsibilities:
• Play keyboard or piano for weekly worship services, rehearsals, and special events.
• Collaborate with the worship leader, band, and vocalists to create cohesive arrangements and transitions.
• Contribute to the musical direction and flow of worship sets.
• Learn songs from provided resources (charts, recordings, stems, etc.) in advance of rehearsals.
• Be punctual, prepared, and spiritually engaged during rehearsals and services.
• Maintain flexibility to flow with spontaneous or extended moments of worship.
• Support the vision and leadership of the worship pastor/team.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in playing contemporary worship styles (e.g., Hillsong, Elevation, Maverick City, Transformation Worship, etc.).
• Ability to play by ear and follow chord charts (Nashville number system or standard charts).
• Familiarity with pads, MainStage, or similar keyboard setups a plus.
• Reliable, humble, and open to direction.
• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects Christian character.
